I have a beautiful group of lady friends. one day in a group text we learned that all of us were having a rough go of the day in some way or another. I have recently been reading a book on chakra frequencies and thought I would give an attempt at using the knowledge i was learning in the book on a sound healing for my girls. this is the result of putting a differnt positive emotion feeling/intention on each layer of this track. In addition to feeling and putting intention to each layer/part of this loop, while it was recording from loop pedal to computer, I prayed for love and light for all beings.
